I have always been a people's person, the way they behave and respond with one another , I guess that's why I make a good wedding photographer, I consider myself an observer. My wife complains when we go out for meals as I am always observing others around the room, watching everyone else when I should be paying attention to her! I just can't help it though so it’s a good job she is understanding. I'm very lucky though as I have an amazing wife, she gave me the best photography project any photographer could ever wish for, 2 beautiful children.
Based near Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Wolverhampton I predominantly photograph weddings in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and East Midlands areas but being centrally located means I am perfectly positioned to cover weddings at venues right across the UK. Destination weddings are very much possible and with budget flights, are a very feasible option for couples opting for weddings abroad. So whatever your requirements, please feel free to contact me.
As with all great observers, it's important to blend in and go unnoticed so that the story can naturally unfold. That's why my style of contemporary, romantic wedding photography stands out. It's unobtrusive, honest and truly documents an event through the media of photographs as it happened. Every wedding is unique and that's why I bring no preconceptions to wedding venues others have visited before. It's not about the venue, but the people and their emotions at that very moment that emanate through my work.
I have lived in Birmingham, UK for most of my life so I am very passionate about how Brummies and the way the city are often wrongly perceived. One of my goals as a wedding and lifestyle photographer is that my work promotes the beautiful and positive sides to this great city where I live, so whenever possible I take advantage of the multitude of photographic possibilities Birmingham has to offer by way of pre wedding shoots, and wedding venues where I am asked to cover.
